Education and Training
A Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Human Capital Management, Business Administration, Management, Organisational Development, Psychology or another relevant discipline.
Relevant professional qualifications or training in recruitment, human resources, talent acquisition or human capital management would be advantageous.
Equivalent professional experience, practical experience or demonstrated capability may also be considered where appropriate.
Professional proficiency in English.
Knowledge of an additional international language would be advantageous.
Experience
Experience in recruitment, human resources, administration or a related function.
Experience coordinating administrative activities and maintaining accurate records.
Experience communicating with candidates, colleagues or other stakeholders.
Experience working independently and taking responsibility for assigned deliverables.
Experience collaborating across teams, departments or organisations.
Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting agreed deadlines.
Experience using recruitment systems or Applicant Tracking Systems would be advantageous.
Experience within an international organisation, think tank, nonprofit organisation, research institution, technology organisation, climate or sustainability-focused organisation would also be advantageous.
