Payments & subscriptions

How do I pay for a subscription?

You can pay with M-Pesa or with a card or Airtel Money. Choose your plan on the pricing page, and follow the prompts. M-Pesa sends a payment request (STK Push) to your phone; card and Airtel payments are handled securely through Paystack.

What plans do you offer?

We offer Starter, Pro and Elite monthly plans, with different allowances for the AI tools. See the pricing page for current prices and what each plan includes.

Do subscriptions renew automatically?

No. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Your access lasts for 30 days from payment, and you simply make a new payment when you want to continue. We never charge you automatically.

The M-Pesa prompt did not appear on my phone. What should I do?

First, try again after a moment, occasionally a request does not go through on the first attempt. If M-Pesa still does not prompt you, you can pay by card or Airtel Money instead, which does not depend on the M-Pesa network.

During rare nationwide M-Pesa outages (which affect all platforms, not just GoKazini), M-Pesa prompts may fail for everyone until Safaricom restores service. In that case, use card or Airtel, or try again a little later.

I was charged but did not get access. What now?

Please email admin@gokazini.co.ke with your M-Pesa or payment reference, and we will confirm the payment and activate your access, or refund it if a genuine error occurred on our side.

Can I get a refund?

Because access to our digital tools is granted immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once access is active. If you were charged but access failed due to a technical error, contact us and we will make it right. See our Terms of Service for details.

What is a top-up?

A top-up is a single extra use of a tool when you have reached your plan's monthly allowance, useful if you need one more cover letter or CV revamp without upgrading your whole plan.

Which tools do I get?

The toolkit includes CV Review, CV Revamp, Cover Letter, Career Q&A and Interview Practice, designed to help you prepare stronger job applications.

Will the AI guarantee me a job or interview?

No. The tools are aids that help you present yourself well, but they cannot guarantee a job, an interview, or any specific outcome. Always review and edit anything the AI produces before you use it.

Is my CV and personal data safe?

Yes. We send your inputs to trusted AI providers only to generate your results, and that data is not used to train their models. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Are the jobs on GoKazini real?

We work to list genuine Kenyan job opportunities, updated daily. However, always apply prudently: never pay money to secure a job, and use your own judgement when dealing with any employer or recruiter.

Why do I need to pay to see full job details?

GoKazini is a paid platform. Anyone can browse job teasers, but the full job details and the AI career tools require an active subscription. This is what lets us keep listings verified and the tools running.
