Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Also, attained a SECOND UPPER CLASS DIVISION AND ABOVE clearly indicated on the resume.
MUST HAVE KCSE B+ and above clearly indicated on the resume.
Professional HR certification (e.g. CHRP) is an added advantage.
At least 3–5 years' experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in an Oil & Gas Industry.
Knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
