Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using GoKazini, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Access to the AI career tools and full job details requires a paid subscription. We offer subscription tiers and optional per-use top-ups, priced as shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed through M-Pesa (Safaricom) and Paystack (card and Airtel Money).

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Access is granted for the applicable period (currently 30 days from payment). To continue after that period, you must make a new payment. We will not charge you automatically.

All payments for subscriptions and top-ups are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This is because access to our digital tools and content is provided immediately upon payment.

If you are charged but access is not granted due to a technical error, contact us at info@gokazini.co.ke and we will investigate and resolve it, including issuing a refund where a genuine error on our side is confirmed.

Our tools (including CV Review, CV Revamp, Cover Letter, Career Q&A and Interview Practice) use artificial intelligence to help you prepare job applications. These tools are aids, not guarantees. We do not guarantee that you will obtain a job, interview or any particular outcome, and AI-generated output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying any content before you rely on or submit it.

GoKazini is a job listings platform. We are not the employer for the positions listed, and job postings may originate from third parties. While we work to list genuine Kenyan opportunities, we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability or legitimacy of every listing. You should apply prudently, never pay money to secure a job, and use your own judgement when dealing with any employer or recruiter.

You agree not to:

• provide false information or impersonate another person;
• copy, scrape, resell or redistribute our content, listings or tools without our permission;
• upload unlawful, harmful, misleading or infringing content, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems.

The Platform, including its design, content, branding and software, is owned by GoKazini and protected by law. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your CV), and you grant us the limited right to process it in order to provide the services you request.

The Platform relies on third-party providers, including payment partners (Safaricom and Paystack) and AI providers. Their services are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions, including payment network outages outside our control.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoKazini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms or use the Platform in a way that harms other users, us or third parties. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

We may update the Platform and these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
