Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, CHRP finalist or ongoing is preferred.
Professional Membership: Membership of IHRM (or working towards it) is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on HR administration or HR generalist experience.
Knowledge: Sound understanding of the Employment Act, labour law practice, HR documentation standards and HR best practice.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), HR trackers and HR information systems; strong record-keeping and reporting ability.
Soft Skills: Excellent organization and follow-through, attention to detail, discretion and confidentiality, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with managers at all levels.
