Certificate or Diploma in Building Maintenance, Property Management, Facilities Management, Building Technology, Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, Civil Engineering or a related technical field will be an added advantage.
Valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a caretaker, estate supervisor, building supervisor, facilities assistant, maintenance technician or in a similar role.
