A minimum of ten (10) years cumulative relevant work experience, three (3) years of which should have been as a Senior Principal Officer or in a comparable position.
Bachelor's degree in Water or Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
Master's degree from a recognised institution shall be an added advantage.
Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognised institution.
Must be registered with the Engineers Board of Kenya.
Proficiency in computer applications.
