Research skills: able to conduct research using established methods and procedures, formulate hypotheses, and make informed interpretations of findings.
Analytical skills: able to analyze data to identify trends, correlations, and outliers, applying statistical methods to solve moderately complex problems.
User research: able to independently conduct user research activities under guidance, collecting and analyzing data using established methodologies.
Decision-making: uses substantial discretion in identifying and responding to complex issues, escalating when appropriate.

Academic and professional requirements
Bachelor's degree in People Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5–7 years of experience in people analytics, HR data analysis, or a related analytical role.
Nice-to-have skills (preferred)
Experience with HRIS or workforce planning systems.
Exposure to data science techniques and model evaluation.
Experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
