Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
At least three (3) years' experience in a similar set up or experience with operative labour teams within a civil engineering or construction business.
Demonstrates excellent Customer Service.
Proven ability to organize labour resourcing requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll/HR skills.
Excellent organization and record keeping skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
