Interim Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) – 6-Month Contract at Stratostaff East Africa (on behalf of a leading Investment Bank) — GoKazini- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years' progressive experience in Human Resources.
- Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and HR advisory.
- Experience working as an HR Generalist within a fast-paced or growing organization.
- Good understanding of Kenyan labour laws, disciplinary procedures, and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience within banking, financial services, professional services, or corporate organizations will be an added advantage.
- Previous involvement in HR policy review and performance management initiatives.
- Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K) – added advantage.
