A Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field from a recognised institution.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K) qualification.
Membership of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) with a valid practising certificate.
A Leadership Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognised institution.
Proficiency in computer applications.
At least ten (10) years' experience in Human Resource Management and Administration, of which three (3) years should have been in a management position.
Demonstrated results in work performance, with proven experience in workforce planning, talent management, employee relations and performance management.
