A minimum of ten (10) years cumulative relevant work experience, three (3) years of which should have been as a Senior Principal Officer or in a comparable position
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or its equivalent from a recognised institution
Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or its equivalent from a recognised institution (added advantage)
Senior Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognised institution
A member of the Institute of Human Resource Management, in good standing
Valid practising licence
A Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP K)
Certificate in Computer Applications
