Experience
Relevant professional experience in human resources administration, general administration and operational support, preferably within an international NGO or similarly complex organisation.
Experience supporting HR systems, data management, process implementation and staff guidance on HR procedures and tools.
Experience coordinating office administration, logistics, travel, procurement support, assets, facilities or vendor management is desirable.
Knowledge of Kenyan labour requirements and HR compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
Experience using HR information systems and related software, such as Cezanne or similar platforms, is an advantage.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
CHRP qualification is an advantage.
Other Requirements
Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
Must be a member of IHRM.
Strong understanding of confidentiality, data protection and ethical HR practice is required.
Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability and willingness to undertake periodic domestic travel in support of administrative, HR and operational requirements, including staff logistics, events and field-level activities.
