Master's Degree in any of the following disciplines: Human Resource Management/Development/Planning, Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science/Government, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
Bachelor's Degree in any of the following disciplines: Human Resource Management/Development/Planning, Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science/Government, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
Must be a certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) (K) by the Human Resource Management Professional Examination Board (HRMPEB)
Leadership course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution will be an added advantage
Must be a membership of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)
Must have a valid Human Resource Practicing Certificate from IHRM
