Academic and professional qualifications, and experience
Bachelor's and Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Relevant professional certification or membership of recognised professional bodies, for example CIPD, SHRM, HRMAU or equivalent, is an added advantage.
Ten (10) or more years experience in human resource management, including experience leading transformation and organisational change initiatives, with at least five (5) years at senior management level in a large organisation, preferably a regulated financial institution.
Proven track record in organisational development, culture transformation, performance management, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement and change management.
