What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
Master's degree in Human Resource Management, or a master's degree in Social Sciences accompanied by a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) qualification.
At least fifteen (15) years' cumulative experience, three (3) of which must have been at senior management level.
Must be a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and be in good standing.
Meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya.
Certificate in Computer Applications.
A leadership and management course lasting not less than two (2) weeks.
