What you bring
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or a related field (relevant areas include: Sociology, Anthropology, Child Rights, Law, Social Work, Development Studies, or related disciplines).
Experience facilitating Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).
Experience with verbatim transcription.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Fluent written and spoken Kiswahili.
Native fluency in the language/dialect of the community for which they are applying (relevant local languages include: Maa/Samburu, Kimeru, Dholuo, Kiduruma, Somali, relevant Luhya dialects, or Tugen, depending on target location).
Applicants MUST be current residents and natives of the target county/community for which they are applying.
