Degree in Social Sciences or Public Health, or equivalent relevant experience.
At least three (3) years of experience working on donor-funded projects.
Relevant experience implementing inclusive eye, ear and hearing care projects.

Good facilitation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to use project and data-management systems.
Willingness and ability to work extensively in the field.
Willingness to travel to project implementation sites.
Good understanding of inclusive programming.
Understanding of disability inclusion.
Good understanding of safeguarding and protection principles.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with county governments, donors, health facilities, community structures and implementing partners.
