Registered Pharmacist with a valid practicing license and current membership with relevant professional associations.
Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience working as a pharmacist in Kenya.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, pharmaceutical industry practice, or supply chain management within a commercial environment.
Strong leadership, operational, and business management experience.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Assertive, proactive, self-motivated, and committed to high standards of service delivery.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in inventory and logistics management.
Experience working with small and medium-sized businesses.
MBA and/or Master of Public Health (MPH) qualification.
Experience working with regulatory bodies.
