A Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Mass Communication, or a related field from a recognised institution.
Service in the grade of Communications Officer or a comparable position for a minimum period of four (4) years.
Membership of a relevant professional body in good standing, such as the Media Council of Kenya or the Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK).
A Certificate in a Supervisory Course lasting not less than two (2) weeks from a recognised institution.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Demonstrated professional competence and achievement in work performance.
