Bachelor's degree required, masters preferred; ideally in public health, social sciences, biology, gynecology, or a related field.
Familiarity with survey development, implementation, quantitative data analysis or survey software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, or REDCap). Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft applications
Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative lab environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow through on assignments with limited supervision.
Ability to work across time zones and support colleagues based in multiple countries.
