Bachelor's Degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a numeric discipline plus 2 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in IRS as an advantage; OR Diploma in a relevant field plus 2 years of experience, including 1 year in IRS preferred.
Proven experience in data entry, cleaning, and database management.
Comfortable using and troubleshooting mobile data collection platforms such as ODK/Kobo Collect.
Familiarity and hands-on experience with DHIS2 is required.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office packages and standard database tools.
Ability to work with spreadsheets, apply formulas, and filter/sort large datasets efficiently.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure.
Demonstrated prominent levels of professional integrity and work ethic.
Willingness to support the campaign 6 days a week, Monday–Saturday.
