Education

• Essential: Bachelor of Human Resource Management
• Membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)
• Valid IHRM practicing license
• Desirable: Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRPK)

Experience

• Essential: Working experience of at least two years in HR
• Desirable: Previous Learning and Development experience
• Desirable: Previous experience in MSF or other NGO in developing countries
