Bachelor's degree in international relations, Development Studies, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in grants management, proposal development, resource mobilization, fundraising, partnerships, or donor relations within the humanitarian, development, or human rights sector.
Demonstrated experience in grant writing and successful proposal development for institutional and private donors.
Experience coordinating and submitting funding applications and grant proposals.
Knowledge of donor regulations and requirements of major donors.
Strong written communication, editing, and proposal writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality donor submissions.
Strong stakeholder engagement, networking, and relationship management skills.
Excellent analytical, research, organizational, and project coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience using Grant Management Systems (GMS), donor tracking platforms.
Knowledge of the Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) framework.
Understanding of Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), safeguarding, and Anti-Fraud principles.
