What you bring
Preferably an advanced degree in communication, education, social science, or related studies from a reputable university.
At least 10 years of proven experience in designing community-based parental-focused child-supporting educational interventions.
Demonstrated experience in human-centered design and PAR approaches, and have designed intervention models for rural community contexts.
Deep understanding of the Life Skills and Values changes, dynamics, and implementation models in Kenya and the pastoral community.
Proven experience in working in or with pastoral communities in Kenya, or similar contexts regionally.
Familiarity with the educational landscape in Kenya and the region.
An avid team player who respects the cultural dynamics of target communities.
