Master's degree in education, or training and development, and/or related fields.
At least 5 years of progressive experience in capacity development, managing training programs, preferably in an international or regional organization.
Professional certification in virtual facilitation and learning technologies, e-learning instructional design.
Demonstrated experience providing technical support in virtual and blended learning using digital learning technologies and learner engagement techniques.
Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
Experience providing technical support during live online events.
Working knowledge of the French language would add value given that we now have partners and participants from francophone countries.
Ability to manage and lead hybrid teams.
Expertise and experience in delivering training or capacity development intervention on gender-responsive approaches in agrifood systems, would be an added advantage.
