An earned LLD, LLM and LLB degrees from a recognized and accredited university
Be admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with at least Five (5) Years post-admission experience as a legal practitioner
Have demonstrable training in pedagogy and andragogy skills
Must have taught Private Law courses at the undergraduate level in a University for a period of at least Three (3) years (This competence must be clearly demonstrated)
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
Must have excellent planning and organizational skills
Must have good interpersonal skills and relational skills as well as good customer care skills
Have the capacity to take initiative and work responsibly under minimal supervision
