At least a Certificate in Animal Health Production, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Technology or its equivalent from an accredited and recognized institution
At least Two (2) years' experience working with laboratory animals
A minimum of KCSE Mean Grade of D+ (Plus)
Familiarity with laboratory animal care, protocols and procedures
Must possess animal handling and restraining skills
Experience with data entry and record-keeping systems
Well vast with practical demonstrations for undergraduate students
Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding ethical care and use of animals
Good verbal and written communication skills
