A Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Statistics, Planning, Development Studies or a related field.

Must have at least 12 years relevant experience, 5 of which should be in a senior management position.
Management course lasting not less than four weeks.
Professional qualifications in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
Membership in a relevant professional body, where applicable.
