A university or technical college degree in a relevant field
2–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally gained in countries of the Global South
Experience in coordinating and organizing operational processes; experience in financial processing of projects is an advantage
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide and develop a diverse team
Strong organizational and coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operational priorities
A collaborative and solution-oriented working style, combined with initiative and sound decision-making skills
Strong intercultural communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively across countries and organizational units
You recognize the growing value of data in your field and are eager to build your awareness and skills to incorporate data-informed approaches into your work
Excellent English language skills; knowledge of an additional international language, particularly French or Arabic, is an advantage
