Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3+ years of relevant experience in HR operations, payroll, master data management, or related areas (manufacturing or agribusiness is an added advantage).
Strong understanding of Kenyan labour laws and statutory deductions.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficiency in HR systems (ERPNext experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and data analytical tools.
