Cumulative service period of fifteen (15) years relevant work experience, three (3) of which must have been at the grade of Assistant Director, Human Resource Management.
Bachelor's degree in any of the following Disciplines: Human Sociology, Public/Administration or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
Master's degree in any of the following fields: Human Resource, Sociology, Public/Business Administration or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Certified Human Resource Professional CHRP (K) or its equivalent.
Registered with the Institute of Human Resource Management.
Leadership training lasting not less than 4 weeks from a recognized institution.
Human resource management practicing Certificate.
Proficiency in Computer application skills.
