Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Professional HR qualification such as CHRP-K, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or equivalent.
Membership of a recognised HR professional body, such as IHRM is an added advantage.
A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is an added advantage.
10-15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a large, multi-site, high-volume retail, FMCG, hospitality or similarly operational environment.
Strong experience managing employee relations, performance, labour compliance and workforce productivity.
