What you bring
Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: Land Surveying, Geospatial Engineering, Land & Build Studies, Geomatics Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Urban and Regional Planning, Social Sciences, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
Master's degree in any of the following disciplines: Project Management, Urban Development, Strategic Management, Business Administration, Risk Management, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
At least fifteen (15) years' cumulative experience, three (3) of which must have been at senior management level.
Demonstrated track record in coordinating strategy development and successfully implementing social or development research projects.
Strong planning and coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to make critical and timely decisions in a highly sensitive environment.
Meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya.
Certificate in Computer Applications.
A leadership and management course lasting not less than two (2) weeks.
