A Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields: Law, Public Administration, Education, Political Science, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
Certificate in computer applications.
Be a Kenyan citizen.
Have analytical skills.
Be competent in report writing.
Be willing to work anywhere within Kenya.
Must be a resident of the county they wish to work in.
Met the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
