A Master's degree in Nursing, Midwifery, or a health-related field from a recognised institution.
A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery from a recognised institution.
A Registration Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya.
A valid practising licence issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya.
Membership of a relevant professional association in good standing.
A Leadership Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognised institution.
Proficiency in computer applications.
At least twelve (12) years of relevant work experience, five (5) of which must be at senior management level.
Demonstrated managerial, administrative and professional competence, with experience in registration, licensing, regulatory compliance, healthcare administration or professional regulation.
