A Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Communication, Strategic Management, Organisational Development, or a related field from a recognised institution.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field from a recognised institution.
Membership of a relevant professional body in good standing.
A Leadership Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognised institution.
Proficiency in computer applications.
At least twelve (12) years of relevant work experience, with at least five (5) years in a senior management position.
Demonstrated results in work performance and experience managing multidisciplinary Corporate Services functions.
