A Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Economics and Mathematics, Economics and Statistics, Economics and Finance, Strategic Management, Public Policy, Monitoring and Evaluation, Development Studies, Project Planning and Management, or a related field from a recognised institution.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field from a recognised institution.
Membership of a relevant professional body in good standing, where applicable.
A Certificate in a Leadership Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognised institution.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Service in the grade of Research, Strategy, Planning and Performance Management Officer for a minimum of ten (10) years, or equivalent relevant work experience, three (3) years of which should be in a management position.
