At least 15 years of cumulative relevant work experience, including at least three years at management level or in a comparable position.
A bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Exercise, Leisure and Recreation Management, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
A master's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Exercise, Leisure and Recreation Management, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
A leadership course lasting at least four weeks from a recognised institution.
Membership in good standing with a relevant professional body, where applicable.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Demonstrated merit and ability, as reflected in work performance and results.
