A Bachelor's Degree in Criminology, Forensic Investigation, Security Management or relevant field from a recognized and accredited university
At least Six (6) years of relevant cumulative work experience, Three (3) of which should be at the level of Assistant Security Officer II in university set-up or equivalent position in a comparable organization
Military or paramilitary training as a Non-Commissioned officer
Basic investigation courses from a recognized institution with knowledge on Information Security and CCTV Forensics
Certified first aider and fire-fighter
Proficiency in relevant computer applications
Certificate of good conduct from the Kenya Police
Certificate of Good Conduct (DCI Police Clearance Certificate)
Have a certificate of honorable discharge (where applicable)
Experience in a University or Educational Institution setup, specifically in a security role, is an added advantage
Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
