0–2 years of professional experience.
Strong interest in commercial business, sales, marketing, customer engagement, market analysis, and the food, nutrition or agricultural industries.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Fluency in English is required; additional African or international languages are highly valued.
International, multicultural, or cross-cultural experience is considered an advantage.
Passion for building a long-term career across Africa, with the willingness and flexibility to relocate between different African countries during the program.
