Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related field.
5–7 years of relevant experience.
At least 5 years of experience within the financial services industry.
Strong experience in card issuing and card products.
Demonstrated experience in card product development and product management.
Experience leading card modernisation, digital transformation or payment-related projects.
Strong understanding of card operations.
Strong understanding of technology platforms supporting card products.
Knowledge of fraud-management environments.
Knowledge of customer-servicing environments.
Proven ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including Technology, Operations, Marketing, Fraud, Collections and executive leadership teams.
