Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in credit administration, loan appraisal, or lending within a Sacco, microfinance institution, or commercial bank.
Sound knowledge of credit appraisal techniques and lending principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Sacco/Core Banking systems.
Professional qualifications in Credit Management will be an added advantage.
