Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Procurement, Information Technology, or related field.
Must be currently pursuing or possess certification in any of the following: ITIL, COBIT, Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), or Project Management.
At least three (3) years' experience in IT Governance and Service Management functions such as Vendor Management, Contract Administration, or Financial Monitoring.
Familiarity with IT Service Delivery, Budgeting Processes, and Procurement Guidelines.
Experience in accounting functions is an added advantage.
Familiar with Enterprise Software such as Oracle, SAP or Navision.
Demonstrated excellent working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Good time management, planning, and organizing skills.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Knowledge in procurement processes, and vendor governance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/financial systems, and vendor management tools.
Excellent communication skills.
