The Social House is seeking passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Waiters & Waitresses to deliver exceptional dining experiences. The successful candidates will provide friendly and attentive service, ensuring every guest enjoys outstanding hospitality from arrival to departure.
What you will do
Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
Recommend menu items and assist guests with food and beverage selections.
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and well-presented.
Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
Respond professionally to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns.
Process guest orders accurately and maintain high service standards.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
Maintain excellent product knowledge to confidently answer guest questions.
Contribute to creating memorable dining experiences that reflect The Social House brand.
What you bring
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a reputable restaurant or 4/5-star hotel.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
