Served in the grade of Supply Chain Management Assistant II, or in a comparable and relevant position in the Public Service or a reputable private-sector organisation, for a minimum period of three (3) years.
An Advanced Certificate in Supply Chain Management or its equivalent qualification from a recognised institution; OR a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, final stage, from a recognised institution.
Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
