Service in the grade of Senior Supply Chain Management Officer, or in a comparable and relevant position in the Public Service or a reputable private-sector organisation, for a minimum period of three (3) years.
Bachelor's Degree in any of the following: Commerce, Business Administration, Procurement, or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
Diploma in Supply Chain Management or its equivalent qualification.
Attendance of a Supervisory Skills Course from a recognised institution.
Demonstrated high administrative capability in management of procurement services.
