What you bring
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field from a recognised institution.
Member of ICPAK, ACCA or equivalent.
Minimum five (5) years of experience in Finance or a relevant field.
Professional expertise and industry knowledge in loan management and credit policy.
Proven experience evaluating the financial health, governance and asset quality of financial intermediaries such as SACCOs, micro-lenders or cooperatives.
Familiarity with banking-sector regulations.
Familiarity with SASRA guidelines and national development agendas.
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail when reviewing compliance checklists and loan documentation.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
