What you bring
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
Master's Degree in Finance, Development Finance, Economics, Project Management or an equivalent qualification.
Professional qualification in Banking, Finance, Project Management, Investment Banking or equivalent.
Membership in good standing of a relevant professional body such as ICPAK, ICIFA, Institute of Bankers, or an equivalent recognised professional body.
Credit certification or a related qualification.
Minimum eight (8) years of progressive experience in corporate banking, development finance, institutional lending or wholesale treasury operations.
At least three (3) years in a senior supervisory or management capacity overseeing credit programmes, institutional portfolios or DFI-funded programmes.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, processes, projects and relationships.
Demonstrated track record in structuring debt facilities or wholesale lines of credit.
In-depth familiarity with the Kenyan financial sector.
Understanding of the cooperative movement and microfinance landscape.
Knowledge of public financial-management regulations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Knowledge of Power BI.
Knowledge of digital financial systems.
