Bachelor's degree in law.
Over 7 years' post qualification experience as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
Compliant and in possession of a current practicing certificate.
Experience in corporate/commercial law with exposure to multi-functional legal support.
Strong knowledge of: Data Protection Act, Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act, Competition Act and consumer protection laws, Kenya Information and Communications Act, Employment and labour laws, NGO Coordination Act, Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act (where applicable).
Proven experience in contract drafting, risk management, and cross-functional legal advisory.
